1. 60% during the construction process:
   Payment of 60% of the total value of the apartment will be made while the project is under development.
2. Reservation:
   To reserve your unit, you must make a down payment of $5,000.
3. Payment of 20% in the first 3 months:
   Once the reservation is made, you will have three months to complete the 20% of the total value of the apartment.
4. Payment of the next 40% (of the total 60%):
   After having completed the first 20%, we will proceed with the payment of the additional 40% to reach the agreed 60%. This 40% can be paid in flexible monthly installments (Open), allowing you to deposit the amounts you wish until the delivery of the apartment. The idea is that by the time of delivery, you will have completed 60% of the total cost.
5. Payment of the final 40%:
   The remaining 40% will be paid upon delivery of the apartment. It can be paid in cash or through financing available with Banco BDI (Banco de Desarrollo Industrial).
