Playa Cabarete, Caribbean center of windsurfing, kitesurfing and laser sailing, Playa Cabarete, also known as Kite Beach at its western end, is where you can learn and practice wind water sports all year round. On weekends, especially in summer, the beach is filled with kites and sails, providing dreamy photographic opportunities.
