Despite the fact that the interior decoration is almost entirely made of concrete, and sometimes even the furniture integrated into the interior is made of it, the house does not seem cold because of the very original texture, reminiscent of wooden paneling. Minimalism in furniture is due to the fact that the house is very small. To preserve the feeling of spaciousness, it was decided to create each piece of furniture as part of the design of the house.

Basic features
Sosúa is a coastal city in the province of Puerto Plata, in the Dominican Republic. It is located about 6.4 km from the Gregorio Luperón International Airport in San Felipe de Puerto Plata and is divided into three sectors: El Batey, which is the main tourist section and on the east side of the main beach (Playa Sosúa).
Playa Sosua just twenty minutes east of Puerto Plata, the golden sands of Playa Sosua embrace the crescent-shaped bay creating a contrast with its turquoise blue waters against a white and sandy background. This beach was practically where beach tourism originated in the Dominican Republic, and continues to be an important destination. Playa Sosua is known for its lively stretch lined with bars, restaurants and local and international stores.
Playa Alicia is one of the most recent beaches in the country, formed a few years ago. Also known as the “miracle beach,” this wide stretch of golden sand lies below a couple of restaurants and cafes, but you won’t find any other businesses or vendors on the beach. It is a place to go for a leisurely swim and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
