The main villa is a 2-story Asian-inspired design with a spacious living room with marble floors, inset lighting, and crown molding on the ceilings.
Your open plan kitchen includes custom-designed Italian cabinetry, black granite countertops, storage room, and a recess area for an X-large fridge. The center island has a new electric glass top cooktop, area for a large electric oven and plenty of cabinets on top and bottom. The kitchen includes new appliances, and the laundry room is also equipped with a new washer and dryer.
The first floor of the main house also has a bedroom with a bathroom, a guest bathroom and the staircase that leads to the second floor.
